ARTIFACT 005 - Instagram Post  - Obtained 1 month after The Event - Video shows a quiet suburban street at dawn. Four individuals are standing in the middle of the road, motionless. A fifth is speaking in rhythmic, melodic phrases not recognized as English. No one is reacting. Birds are silent. The camera is shaky. - 4th September 2061.
